Red Sea Bannerfish

( Heniochus intermedius )

All day long this fish hangs near a coral, slightly rotating when it watches you. It's easy to catch a moment when the fish looks right to the lens. I think the fish moves so slowly because it uses only its tail and pectoral fins, unlike fast fish that use wave-like motion of their body.
